Julie is our customer service manager at Profit Builders, a full-service payroll and accounting solution that provides all clients with a dedicated team of payroll specialists and accountants in Wichita, Kansas. Julie joined the Profit Builders team in 2000 and has become a valuable asset to the company over the last 21 years, working closely with the rest of our team to process payrolls and help with the tax component at our company. We are proud to call Julie part of our Profit Builders family!

Tell us about your role at Profit Builders.
At Profit Builders, I process payrolls, help with the tax piece at our company, and occasionally still do a small amount of daily accounting and bookkeeping processes.

What experience or skills have helped in your position?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Wichita State University and previously worked as a teller, customer service representative, branch assistant manager, and a local bank branch manager before working at Profit Builders. All of these experiences have provided me with great knowledge and help me in my current position.

What do you like about working for Profit Builders?
I really enjoy the work I do at Profit Builders because it is constantly evolving but remains the same just enough to keep me motivated and moving forward. Our leadership team is always looking for ways to better the working environment and make us the most productive at our job. This is very important with the changing world we live in. I cannot say enough about the people Profit Builders has brought together; they are hard-working, kind, loyal, and the best around!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Outside of work, I am very active in my local church and stay busy spending time with my family, seven grandchildren, and elderly family members.
